TUI Swimming Pool Safety Inspection

On behalf of the TUI Quality Support and in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland there is a planned Swimming Pool Safety Audit of all hotel partners of TUI.

The audits will last around one or two days, during which the inspector will review the technical state of all hotel swimming pools.  The main objective being to identify potential dangers with the suction pumps.  To prevent accidents, the general state of the installations, the wet areas that around the pool along with entrance and exit points will be examined.  To complete the inspection a detailed report of results and pertinent recommendations will be presented to the hotel management.

The hotel benefits by obtaining a clear vision of the technical state and pool installation safety allowing the prevention of accidents. Through taking part in this audit, the hotel will not only demonstrate its commitment to guest and family safety, but also avoid possible damage-payments in the event of accidents, as well as potential harm to the image of the hotel.

eurowellness.org is preparing this project to evaluate the TUI hotels in the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and the Spanish Peninsula.
